1. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide for free. No minimum order quantity.

2. I'm not happy with my product, can I return it?

Returns:

If you're not happy with your product, we offer a 30 day return policy.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase (we'll accept screenshots).
  • For returns, please email info@thevintagestationerystore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Try to include pictures. It'll help us out!
  • We'll get back to you within 3 days. We'll will provide the you with instructions where to send returned goods. You're are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that you're are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.

3. I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?

Refunds in case of damaged/incorrect items:

In the unfortunate circumstance you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, just send us an email at info@thevintagestationerystore.com with the subject "Damaged Parcel". Attach a few pictures of your parcel. Our team will review your request and either issue you a refund or send you another product, depending on what you choose.  

4. How long will it take for me to receive my parcel?

Our average shipping times are:

Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order. 

If you order more than one item, you may not receive all of them at the same time as each item may be dispatched from a different location. 

You can track your orders on our website's "Track Your Order" page when you receive your tracking number. 

Once you place an order, you'll get an confirmation email from us. Once we've processed your order and your parcel has been dispatched, you'll get another email with your tracking details.  

Sometimes it can take a couple of days for your tracking information to appear.

5. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay), PayPal and Apple Pay.

All payments are securely processed securely. We do NOT store your card information.
